The guest bedroom has a king bed, a 20 inch TV, a ceiling fan, and natural light coming through the lanai sliding glass doors. The guest bathroom has an updated tub/shower combination. The kitchen is spacious for multiple cooks and has everything you need for a homemade meal. The formal dining area has seating for 6 and is an open concept into the living room. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a 36 inch TV, and beautiful views through into the lanai.
