"I enjoyed this trip so much! The property was gorgeous, food was delicious and service was outstanding. My sister got married here and it was a beautiful ceremony. The best part imo was the friendliness of the staff! They anticipated our needs almost magically which was especially helpful because we had some >70 year olds on the trip that needed some help around. Doctor on site helped us out several times with them. Teenagers had a blast. Beach vendors were pleasant and fun to barter with. I recommend 10/10. "

"Had a wonderful, but short vacation at Secrets. We had a swim out room that was beautiful. The bathroom with spa tub was spacious and up to date. I was initially concerned that swim out room would be noisy but that wasn't the case. We attended the tequila tasting which was entertaining and informative. There are so many hidden spots to enjoy on the property. I loved the landscaping with each plant being identified. Great options for food, although they could improve on dessert choices - although I didn't need any more calories "

"I had an amazing time. Hotel very clean and service was great. The only issue i had was the construction and the loud drilling. The workers did there best to drown out the sound. Overall, my family and i had a great experience."

"There is always someone cleaning all the areas, prepping the garden, walking around to make sure you’re taken care of. Tipping of course gets you very responsive service. We had an amazing 7 day stay at riu palace, great vibes. Security is very good at nights as well considering they have a large beach front on both resorts. Felt very safe and taken care of the whole time."
