"Clean rooms and good ambiance in the bars"

"Unfortunately the elevator and hallway was littered with trash and towels left outside the room. Breakfast wasn’t restocked timely and morning staff not helpful in stocking the food. "

"Great and comfortable property. Very clean and kept up well. Liked the open seating area in the lobby. Very pleased and looking forward to future stays. I can see why it was highly recommended!"

"The room is very outdated and plumbing is terrible as our room sink and shower was clogged. The good thing was plenty of outlets but our lamp had stains on it. The carpeting looks like it is from the 80s. We told the front desk about our room and every staff member was super sweet but it worked for one day and then was back clogged. The bar does not open until 3 daily which is insane for individuals on vacation. On the menu it states Frozen Margaritas however they do not have it before 3 the staff only made it because they could not give me a refund because I already paid on the app. The pizza also tastes terrible. The cleaning staff and front desk staff are excellent but the hotel is just not well kept."

"Well run property. Parking garage is difficult to find, hard to navigate, and feels scary—all of that for $30 per night!"

"The manager and front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. The room itself and the free breakfast were both great as well! The bartender, however, was inappropriate and unprofessional to a coworker (not working in the bar) as well as to other guests waiting to order. Instead of attending to the customers (there was no one in the bar area with a drink in hand on 3 different occasions), he continued his obnoxious behavior for quite a while so my husband & I sat there in disbelief patiently waiting but ended up leaving. We grabbed a drink elsewhere, which was very disappointing because the main reason that we picked this property was because we enjoy having a drink in the evening, so we were looking forward to the bar amenities. This might seem frivolous, but we had even called the property before booking our room to confirm the bar would be open and their service hours. "

"This place was recommended by one of my friends who had a great experience when she came to the Houston Rodeo couple years ago. I called in the morning to let the staff knows that we would like to check in earlier than 4pm, the front desk man told me no problem and that he would put it as a request under my reservation. When we first pulled in in the valet, we encountered our first issue with the bell staff. They seemed more concerned about conversations with themselves than helping us with our luggage. Once we got our own cart to put our stuff, it was a bit after 330pm, so I went to the front desk and the guy told me that the room was not ready and that I had to wait until 4pm. Once 4pm happened, I went again to the front desk man, and he told me that I still had to wait for at least 20 minutes since the room was still not ready. After we waited at least 30 minutes, he finally came to check us in. When we went to our room, the power of the fridge, the tv was off, so we called the front desk to let them know. a maintenance man came and had to deal with the breakers, he came by the room and left. after he left the power went off again, we tried to call the front desk without any success. There was no shuttle available and we had to take a Uber. before we left, we told the front desk about our issue with the room. When we came back from the rodeo our power had not been resolved. Had to call 3 times in order for them to bring a maintenance guy to fix it. "
