The apartment is located in a typical Tuscan farmhouse.  
it has a kitchen with washing machine, TV, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine and kettle; bathroom with shower box and bedroom with TV and window to the courtyard.  
Guests can use the outdoor area: courtyard with tables, umbrellas and deck chairs; garden with gazebo with outdoor furniture, hammock, rocking and barcecue.
