Aug 20, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy #### Wohl einen schlechten Tag erwischt Bei Ankunft war man über die Größe unseres Hundes sehr negativ überrascht, obwohl wir bei Buchung die Rasse angaben. Kein Problem, passiert, dachten wir. Wir bekamen nur kurz das Haus/Pool gezeigt, gleich mit Hinweis auf ein Dina 4 Blatt mit Vorschriften. (Die übrigens nicht für den Besuch der Hausbesitzer galten:)) Weder wo wir waschen können, noch wohin mit dem Abfall etc. Gut, auch kein Problem. Nach ein paar Tagen wurden wir dann lautstark von Bauarbeiten im Garten nebenan( Betonmischer) geweckt. Auf mein freundliches Bitten hin stoppte der Besitzer zwar, lies mich aber ohne jegliche Antwort stehen, nach einer viertel Stunde ging der Lärm dann bis Mittag weiter, sodass wir gehen mussten. (Bei einer Vorwarnung hätten wir dies evtl. akzeptieren können). Die nächsten Tage waren dann sehr angespannt, da der Herr des Hauses nicht mit uns sprach. Auch ansprechbar waren sie in den zwei Wochen kaum. Habe etwas gegen die vielen Ameisen im Haus gebraucht, ganztägig leider niemanden erreicht. Unser junger Hund (den wir nur einmal im Haus ließen) büchste einmal aus, wurde netterweise zwar eingefangen, aber mit einem Strick galgenartig am Baum im Hof angebunden. Dachte wir sehen nicht richtig. Waschen kostet pro Gang 5 Euro, Hund 20,- am Tag, geht nicht klar aus dem Inserat hervor. Wohnen selbst ländlich und sind Landmaschinen gewohnt, aber direkt am Garten vorbei im Morgengrauen, wenn man eh Gäste hat? Wohl ganz schlechte Tage erwischt, nicht empfehlenswert daher. ##### Yvonne D. Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir haben eine wunderbare und entspannte Woche im Ferienhaus ...verbracht. Es ist, wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit herrscht eine himmlische Ruhe, Am sehr schönen Pool sind entsprechend Liegen und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Das Häuschen ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins schöne Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo etc. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über ca. 1,5 km unbefestigte Straße. Das Apartment mit der Kombination von toskanisch rustikalem Ambiente und einem modernen Bad waren ideal. Die Besitzer kümmern sich um die gepflegte Anlage. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und vorhanden. Aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit hat man sehr viel Ruhe und kann nach Tagen in Städten mit vielen weiteren Touristen wieder super entspannen. Juniwoche in diesem tollen Haus, in der wunderschönen und sehr ruhigen Anlage. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sehr, sehr herzlicher Empfang von ... und ihrem Sohn - es fehlte an nichts ! Da in dieser Zeit die beiden anderen Unterkünfte nicht belegt waren, hatten wir den superschönen Pool für uns allein. Sehr schönes Haus, alle Einbauten neu und gepflegtem Zustand, alles vorhanden. Großer, gepflegter Pool, durch die begrenzte Zahl der Mit–Urlauber immer entspannte Atmosphäre. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin mit bestem Olivenöl. Lage etwas ab vom Schuss (deshalb je nach Anbieter nicht einmal Mobilfunk–Netz), dafür aber sehr erholsam. Siena–Zentrum in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Top–Adresse für alle, die Entspannung pur suchen. Aber zu beachten: Im Gegensatz zur Katalogbeschreibung kein Fernseher und im Prinzip auch kein WLAN – wenn man von einer kleinen Ecke rechts am Pool mal absieht. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Bellaria verbracht. Villa Bellaria ist ideal für Menschen, die tagsüber die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana entdecken wollen (natürlich mit dem dazu gehörenden Tourismus) und die sich dann darauf freuen, in die Schönheit und Stille des Landgutes zurück kehren zu können. Die Verwalterin und ihr Sohn sind sehr freundliche, rücksichtsvolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Von den anderen Gästen bekommt man fast nichts mit. Die Häuser liegen weit auseinander. Man hat fast das Gefühl, dieses Paradies ganz für sich alleine zu haben. Das Ferienhaus, 2018 erst neu eingerichtet, ist perfekt für 2 Personen: eine gemütliche Landhausküche mit Kamin und moderner Küchenzeile, ein klares Schlafzimmer mit neuen Möbeln, ein fast luxeriöses Bad mit großer Dusche. Wunderschön der eigene, eingezäunte Garten mit Freisitz unter einem Schatten spendenden Baum (so dass unser Hund uns nicht in den toskanischen Hügeln abhanden kommen konnte) und der traumhafte Pool, nur wenige Schritteunterhalb des Fereinhauses. Wir hatten den Pool meistens ganz für uns alleine, ein herrlicher Luxus. Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Unbedingt das gutseigene Olivenöl probieren. So rein bekommt man es im Handel kaum.Die italienischen Restaurants öffnen abends meist erst gegen 19:30 Uhr. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war, möchte man nur noch nach Villa Bellaria zurück kehren, eine Runde im Pool drehen und die Ruhe und Stille auf Bellaria genießen.
