Staff is very kind and work hard to help you with anything you need. Our room was on the top (fifth) floor, and even with continuous air-conditioning it never cooled off, so I’d recommend a lower floor with less sun exposure. Great staff. They arranged for a car and driver (the wonderful Mr. Sky) to take us to Angkor Wat. We stayed in a deluxe room with city view, nice balcony with table and two chairs. The staff here are very attentive, warm and friendly and welcoming. We ordered room service a couple of times during our stay, the food was delicious! I had a room at the new wing, it was HUGE. No kidding. Shower was great and the toiletries provided were complete and all so nice to use. I also had this really great balcony with city view and river view, it was so great just having some tea at the balcony while watching the world go by. Location is also excellent, a short walk to Pub Street and all the hubbubs, but at night it wasn't very noisy. There were also some small stores selling snacks and stuff around it.
