Beat choice we've made so far. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night as we were heading to Phnom Penh the next day. We loved every minute of it. This place it's like a little jungle in the city. Amazingly stylish rooms and even more beautiful garden/swimming pool. The whole hotel is designed like the temples around the city. The staff was phenomenal. From the arrival to our last minute they were constantly made sure we get the best service. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The Team manager Charly Made sure we had everything we wanted. We even got a little present from him at the end. We hope we can come back here one day. Service was fine, though there seemed to be a shortage of towels - they were always delivered in the early evening. The only major problem was the lack of hot water, which would have made a difference during the recent cold spell. There was also a problem with the reservation. We reserved two rooms with three beds and a pool view terrace. Evidently there is only one such room, and it was occupied. This had happened before, according to a review, so naturally we complained. Management eventually compensated us to our satisfaction. We understand that this occurred because their "reservations manager had just left" and that this problem will be dealt with immediately. Otherwise, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast with plenty of choices, as well as a very exotic atmosphere. We are a family of 4 and had a great time at the hotel. It was well known by the tuk tuk drivers which was really good for us. We didn't need to show them a map to the hotel. The family room was very spacious and we loved the balcony. It was clean enough for us. My children are 10 and 11\. I'm not sure it would be appropriate for very young children.
