Located in Siegen, this 65 sqm apartment accommodates up to 2 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, heating with underfloor heating in all rooms plus radiators, television, and a dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include electric window shutters and shared toys and books for children.  
  
Outside, you can enjoy a small covered seating area in front of the entrance door, perfect for relaxing moments.  
  
Parking is available in the street, and public transportation is easily accessible nearby. Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, and events are not permitted on the property. In winter, please use short ventilation periods rather than continuous ventilation.  
  
The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The apartment features bright rooms with large windows offering a quiet yet central location with excellent infrastructure. You will find beautiful forest paths for hiking and cycling nearby, with shopping center, gas station, and various dining options within a 10-minute walk. The hospital and small airfield are both 15 minutes on foot. For stays longer than 14 days, bed linens and towels are automatically changed and cleaning service is provided for an extra fee.
