"The house was more rustic than expected, and it would have been nice to know a caretaker liver on site. Not a problem, but it would have been nice to know. View of Mt. Etna was stunning, and the pool was maintained well. Surrounding area was a bit intimidating, and the entrance gates took some work. But overall, a nice place and very attentive hosts."

"The villa is large in a quiet location but only 5 mins walk down the hill to a restaurant with shops and supermarket nearby. Has everything you need with great outside area inc pool. More restaurants and the beach at giardini naxos a short drive. Giovanni and his daughter met us on arrival and helped with local info and were also very responsive when a minor issue needed sorting. Good to know that english speaking help was available if needed. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking...

"Il Leone Blue is a beautiful, charming place, specious and very comfortable bed. We absolutely loved the decor, the stylish furniture, the art, the books on history of the place, even the appliances were very cool but the most amazing are tge ceilings. When you wake up and open your eyes, you truly feel like royalty, absolutely loved it!!! Also the place is located in a heart of Catania, we walked everywhere, lots of options for dining as well. "Beautiful hotel overlooking Etna . The food is great and with lots of choice . Brilliant for my wife who uses a wheelchair and the accessible room was really good . Difficult to find with the sat nav provided on the hirecar so beware of this . Use your mobile to find it . Has to be driven to as out of the way but what a view . "
