The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location by the water. The following are available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. **Location** Grebaštica, district of Galešnica, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. 52 sqm and terrace 12 sqm. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. **Special** Air conditioning.
