It was a great location, quiet , it was clean, had a washer and dryer at our disposal, kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need . We could not have been happier. We did have a little bit of an initial issue getting into the House, but Eben communicated with us and came over within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. The location was great and the property was overall clean. The heat units in the bathroom are rusty and gross, easy to fix with paint. One towel per person, I have long hair and need 2\. One kitchen towel. The kitchen is not well equipped at all. No can opener which was needed, ice maker does not work, a handful of paper towels from a bathroom dispenser is all that was left, we had to buy more, one small hot pad…it just did not have much if you plan to cook. So, all in all it was clean but not well equipped for cooking. Host communicated ok. No check out instructions were ever received. ##### Christine v.
