"Very nice modern Onsen hotel, our Japanese style room is spacious with a separate sitting room and the view is great. The buffet dinner and breakfast were great and the onset facility is wonderful. Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture.
