It is new construction, high quality build, super nice finishes, TV's in every room, super clean and great AC. Chris was awesome to work with, very detailed, communicative and clear on house rules, which I appreciate as we were guests in his home. Our kids loved the patio and the deer and fox we saw out back. The luxury kitchen was well-appointed with fine appliances both big and small. The kitchen utensils, dinnerware, glassware, bakeware, made the work of our cooks easy and fun. It seems that the owners spared no expense when making this property available for others. From the bedding, the linens, the furnishings, the mattresses, window treatments, flooring, and the most current technology, comfort and quality exceeded our wildest expectations.
