« I have booked and stayed at many beautiful houses and hotels, so can say without a doubt that the calibre of this house cannot be beat. There was something for all ages, with no details missed. All the guest raved about how comfortable the beds were & how amazing it was that there were 20 of us there and yet we weren’t all on top of each other (there is just so much space). We will definitely book again! »

« Cute, clean and quiet accommodation in beautiful. Comfy beds and all the creature comforts for a great weekend..plus being pet friendly with a spacious enclosed garden is a huge bonus. We will be back for sure! »

« Enjoyed lovely clean accommodation with beautiful garden & waterfront views to Curleys Bay. Convenient location which allowed us to stay and enjoy the ambience of the bay & their breathtaking sunsets, walk to Culburra Beach & visit the cute local cafes. We even took some kayaks for a paddle on the bay which were conveniently offered by the friendly hosts. The hosts were extremely attentive & welcoming during our stay. Would stay again. »

« We were traveling to Kangaroo Valley for a few days to attend a wedding, and could not have been happier with our stay! The location is amazing, and the property had everything we could have asked for. Could not recommend it enough to anyone looking to get away for a few days, or even for anyone looking for a place to stay for a night or two »

« Perfectly located property on beach front. Ideally it would have been nice to have been aware that there was no direct access to outside area from kitchen or sitting area. A great shame as that would have made it that much better. Also, hadn't quite registered that one of the room's was separate and that only 1 room had ocean views. All that said, we had a wonderful time and made it all work for the group we had. Thank you »

« The most perfect winter weekend getaway with the girls. Relaxing by the fire, listening to the birds, even the rain couldn't spoil the incredible views and comfort in this beautiful home. Clare was such a helpful wonderful host - we can't wait to be back »

Great things: Beautiful property - a grand home with a homely feel. Well designed and flows well throughout. Walking in had so many wow moments. « We had little time to meet between work contracts and time zones, so we collided at Syd airport, hired a car and headed to Cosy Cottage. We had a wonderful time. Thank you. Please update your TV instructions and access to WiFi. We lived without but it did make remote working difficult. It’s absolutbeautiful nearby and the walks are lovely. »

« Firstly, the weather was really terrible and there was no outside shelter. The property was clean however a lot of the surfaces were tacky due to cleaning products, this was particularly so for the stair railings. We did not want for anything the property is very well supplied with everything you could need; only departure from this was the lack of easily accessed FTA television on the upstairs television, Everything else was available but we like to watch the news on ABC and SBS. « Just as the listing describes, a great river retreat which was fun for the whole family. The kids spent the weekend using the stand up paddle board on the river, as well as fishing and a bit of swimming. The house is set up really well. We also discovered lovely kid friendly beach areas within a ten minute drive. We’ll be back! »

« I cannot gush enough about our stay, starting with the house, size of rooms, and living areas, an amazing pool that allowed the whole family to swim no matter the weather, and lastly our host, who made us feel very welcome and made sure all our needs (including a shop that came early!) were catered for. 10/10 »
