Single level and fully fenced, Shoal Cottage is both child and dog friendly and with a large enclosed back garden there’s plenty of space to play and relax.

Centrally located just 3 mins walk to the river and 5mins walk from the beach, shops and the Heads Hotel, this holiday house is all about location.

The house contains one master bedroom with a queen size bed and two further bedrooms, one with a king single size bunk bed and the other with two single beds. There is a family bathroom including bath and shower, a living/dining area with doors leading onto an enclosed deck and lawn and a modern kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. Other amenities include washing machine, smart TV, air conditioning/heating system, wireless internet, Bluetooth speaker, gas BBQ, outdoor shower and fire pit.

Shoalhaven Heads is the perfect location to explore the NSW south coast and is an easy two hours drive south of Sydney. There is lots to see and do with highlights including the picturesque village of Berry (12mins), the vibrant coastal towns of Gerringong/Gerroa (15mins) and three local wineries within 5mins drive. The village itself is well equipped with several local shops and cafes, a fantastic local pub, a bowling club, and the recently opened Bangalay Villas fine dining restaurant. The local outdoor swimming pool (open Nov-March) is 3 minutes walk from the house. Further afield the white sands of Jervis Bay and the gorgeous village of Kangaroo Valley are both within 40 minutes drive.
