The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave, electric oven, and family size fridge/ freezer. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the bathroom provides an original designed shower, toilet, and vanity. The unit provides parking with a tandem double undercover space, the complex has a shared laundry with top loader washing machine and clothes lines located at the rear of the complex. Perfect for families or couples wanting to escape for the weekend, location is the focus of this complex, walking distance to Bay Village shops including IGA, newsagent, bakery, cafe, restaurants as well as the Game Fishing Club and the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel which offers bistro meals, bottle-shop, and entertainment. Friends of ours stayed in a nearby place for a similar amount that was far superior.
