My room was dirty, I asked for housekeeping to come in and was told they only come in on Tuesday. Stayed for almost a week so had to ask for fresh towels which were all stained, toilet paper and coffee. We were told to take out our own trash and the peep hole in the door was just a drilled hole anyone could see in. There was no table in the room like advertised, it looked like someone had spit on the chair in the room there was white stuff on the wall and dirty shoe prints on the bathroom door. The coffee they advertise in the lobby was lighter than the color of tea.

These owners are really trying and thus they deserve my support. A lot of things details were overlooked but mostly a good experience. Note to the owners AND the staff: we all want friendliness. Be friendly when your customers approach you. If you don't know what friendly is, try until the person is smiling at you. Note to everyone else: This motel 6 is up and coming, is well-meaning and has a lot of potential. This property deserves your support.

I liked how quiet it was and safe the room was very nice . The only thing missing was a table so that we could eat our food. But really enjoyed our stay there.

Let’s just talk about the customer service from Robin (the day shift front desk). First of all, she WILL get it done for you. I had no hot water in my room for an early morning shower to get ready for a wedding I was attending. She was on it like rain on a windshield. She even came by my room to make sure I had been taking care of. Then she was going to find me a table, but I improvised with the iron board. I’m just going to sing her praise for now and hope she sees this review. Thank you for your kindness and prompt response to my needs, Robin. You are definitely a diamond in the rough.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I was told when I checked out that it would be returned that day. The room itself was very large and clean, but felt empty. Not much in the room except for a bed, a chair, and a TV. The bed had no blanket and the shower had no hot water.

Thank you Chris for choosing the stay with us. We will look into the issues you experienced. The deposits take any where from 3-7 business days for credit card and even longer on debit cards. From our end the deposit was released on the day you checked out. We are continuing to improve the hotel.

First of all I commend the ownership on the vast improvements they have made with the property.They have done an outstanding job with updating the rooms, on the other hand if you want to be around a bunch of trouble making drug addicts this is the place for you. Doors slamming,stomping around at 2 Am upstairs continues to be an issue, even after multiple complaints to the staff. If you can deal with that it is a great place to stay for not a lot of money.
