« La propreté des chambres était parfaite. La dimension des chambres était parfaite pour 4 (4 lits pour 2 adultes et 2 ados) Le déjeuner buffet était excellent (japonais et américain). Le spa (onsen/bains) était exceptionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Kimonos et pantouffles fournies. Les installations du spa sont récentes, propres, et commodités fournies (shampoing, revitalisant, savons, crème hydratante, soins du visage, etc. Cela terminait la journée de façon vraiment agréable et...

« This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself. »

Petites maisons individuelles mitoyennes charmantes, très belles chambres confortables avec bain extérieur et sale d’eau vitrée. Conception intelligente, optimisée et bien pensée. Nous avons passé 3 jours hors du temps! Le prix reste élevé mais nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Très cohérent avec la dimension traditionnelle préservée de Kyoto. Petit déjeuner japonais à tester! »

"Les installations de l'hôtel comme la salle de petit déjeuner et le onsen sont sous dimensionnées par rapport à la quantité de chambres et provoquent de l'attente (jusqu'à 30 minutes pour le petit déjeuner). Les chambres familles n'ont pas la place d'avoir une valise ouverte sans être sur le lit et le ménage était largement insuffisant. L'expérience d'un hôtel de type Ryokan reste intéressant."
