« we had an amazing time at Seryo!! the staff was immediately incredibly welcoming and showed us all the amenities and our wonderful room with a perfect garden view. the food was incredible and they even adjusted everything to be vegan for me!! we unfortunately had a less than desired experience at a different ryokan right after our perfect experience at Seryo which just affirmed that Seryo was the right decision!! highly recommend and would love to go back again in the future! »

« We loved the staff and hospitality at Momijiya. My husband said it felt like we were staying at our grandma's house. We loved the ryokan experience as well. We really felt we were getting a more intimate Japanese experience. The food really put us Americans out of our comfort zone, but we wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Nous avons trouvé ce ryokan à Oohara, à seulement 1h30 en bus (17) depuis la gare de Kyoto. « L’endroit sur les hauteurs de Kyoto est très calme. Nous avons séjourné dans la partie rénovée, trop coûteuse mais agréable. La partie ancienne ne donne pas envie. Petit déjeuner traditionnel imposé, pas terrible servi à 8h30 au plus tard. Tout est imposé dans ce ryokan. Seulement une serviette de petite taille par personne qu’il faut prendre partout : bain, onsen, piscine. Il faut mendier pour en avoir une autre. Une gestion familiale qui manque de générosité.
