Waited two days for room service, as the receptionist said it’s done every other day. On the scheduled day, I specifically asked for the bed linens to be changed and was told ‘yes.’ Came back an hour later to find the bed just neatly rearranged—linens unchanged.

Was not able to sleep at night due to multiple guests, opening it and closing doors and using the elevator, which was next to our room I think some control needs to happen after 11 o’clock till morning to ensure quality of sleep for guests

This property is currently under renovation and it’s not been renovated to the highest standards. Our rooms bathroom sink was plugged, and it took over 5 minutes running the hottest water for any even mildly warm water for the shower to come out. They have tried to renovate by updating parts of it at most. It’s not been well done. Skip this hotel even if it’s just for a 1 night stop over stay.
