Double glazed conservatory with comfortable sofa and TV with 3 steps leading down to outdoor deck with seating and roof top views. There is only parking outside the flat for 45 mins during the week but after 6 and all day Sunday you can park outside but we had no issues leaving our car a couple of roads away and walking the 5 mins back to the flat. It was very clean when we arrived and has a dishwasher and washing machine and all the usual items in kitchen it had everything we needed. The conservatory was great and good views it was nice to be able to sit out on the deck and have a drink there is a pub next door but we heard no noise from it ,the bed was good and so was the bathroom with the shower. It was a nice flat to stay in and we had a great time only negative is only 1 door key really needed 2 keys also no wi-fi they had it in the estate agents under the flat but it was private network maybe should have asked them for password.
