My work colleague and I were in Shepparton for 2 days and in the past have used motels however this house surpassed the motel experience at every level. Located in a quiet residential area but close enough to the main street this house had everything we could have needed and more. Tastefully decorated and clean as a whistle. Great relaxing areas at both the front and rear of the house for winding down after a long work day. Paula was quick to respond to all my communications before we arrived and messaged again to make sure we had arrived safely and that there were no concerns with the property. A nice welcome note and some lovely biscuits greeted us on arrival. The property has a high fence around the boundaries and my only feedback would be to provide a lock on the gate to the front garden as this could provide easy access to an intruder. As 2 women alone in the house we did feel a little uneasy particularly as it was quite warm weather & we needed to have the bedroom windows open at night. I made this booking on behalf of my grandparents who thoroughly enjoyed their stay! The stand alone house was spacious, private with lovely heating and plenty of room for them to spend a month in comfort! We were intending on another property and this option fell through and her are we glad! The facilities provided are amazing-the backyard entertainment area is definitely something to rave about. The front yard which is closed off and pleasant was a great option to enjoy the autumn sun with a cuppa. The second toilet option was handy as was the location!
