With three bedrooms, including a master with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a small third bedroom with a single bed, guests will find plenty of space to accommodate their needs. The combined kitchen, living and dining is a good size, light filled space with views over the lucerne paddocks and horses. There is a single renovated bathroom (shower only) with a european laundry. With both a fireplace in the living and reverse cycle air-conditioning in every bedroom and the living area - this cottage is climate controlled in all seasons. The house offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere where guests can truly feel at home.
