It's not clean to start with, I saw a big rat running throw the hall as I was checking out. The staff at the front desk are helpless, the answer from them about everything was:" I don't know, go check online". I booked for 15 days but had to leave earlier as it's just very unpleasent to stay. The breakfast was included but the food was just poor and disgursting... None of the staff speaks English as all my calls from outside were dismissed. The staffs were not friendly at all. But on the plus side it was very big with big windows (that didn't open, though). Great location, very central and right next to a metro stop.
