Due to this, we had issues, and when co fronted the hotel staff, they said they have written on their own website and it’s not their responsibility that Hotels.com didn’t inform us. Also, the room smelled of cigarette even though we had requested a non-smoking room. When asked about the spa, which was listed on Hotels.com as a special feature, the hotel management informed us that the spa service is not a part of their hotel and that any claims should be made directly to the spa hotel and not to the hotel.
