avais réservé chambre supérieure et me suis vu attribué une petite chambre. Lorsque j'en ai fait la remarque, ai immédiatement été upgrader gratuitement dans une grande chambre, sans frais suplémentaire. Staff très pro et friendly. Reviendrais

Superbe emplacement pour ce 5 étoiles

A 5 minutes de la frontière avec HK, et en plein quartier vivant et animé, cet établissement aux services irréprochables est une expérience qui vaut le coup. Voitures privées, petit déjeuné, piscine et gym, tout est réussi. Parfait.

Excellent séjour

Hôtel bien situé. Suite à un problème de réservation (indépendant de l'hôtel) nous avons été surclassé dans une superbe et vaste suite située dans les étages supérieurs. Le personnel à l'écoute et disponible. L'hôtel abrite un très bon restaurant qui offre notamment des spécialités italiennes de très bon niveau.

Great stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to our requests - extra towels, firmer pillows , late checkouts etc Hotel close the Huagiangbei and Dongman shopping area. The room we stayed in is very spacious. We had a wonderful time in Shenzhen.

優質華麗員工友善嘅酒店，值得推介

一個好難忘體驗嘅好酒店，寬敞舒適、員工服務態度每一位都極好、地點交通方便理想、價錢尚算合理、自助早餐質素唔錯、仲有小朋友喜歡嘅play House！缺點係泳池比較細不適合小朋友使用，同埋我哋使用嗰陣時酒店門外到處鑿地維修，帶着幼童的我們極之不便，被迫行出馬路，交通混亂，險峻橫生！

Great location within walking distance of Dongmen pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There are staff that are able to speak both Cantonese, mandarin and some english. Room was spacious and clean, with the bathroom being almost as big as the bedroom! I always recommend Crowne plaza, especially in China!

The service at reception was great. Kindly curtesy manner and good attitude with his services. So it gave you a good impression before you walk into your room. Room is specious and with good mattress. Breakfast was great and people were very nice. On the whole they are excellent hospitality. The hotel situated in a good busy street with lots of restaurants and facilities around. Will come back again.

This building is 25 years old. Keep that in mind. The mail manager try to rip the guess off I do not recommend this hotel. I’ll never go there again.

I was greeted very warmly by the front desk supervisor at the Crowne Plaza hotel by the name of Kingsley, Li She was very welcoming. She was thoughtful. She make sure I had what I needed. She greeted us with a two bottle of water. She would give us a chair to sit while we wait. The service was amazing. I recommend anyone whoever go to Crunk Plaza, Chan to look for Kingsley. She would be an amazing person to take care of you. I was very pleased very proud and I stayed on because of her and the treatment is great. The service is great. The breakfast is fantastic. The evening snack was amazing And the bed give me an amazing sleep. I recommend Crowne Plaza any day and I think we have to recognize Kingsley because she was the front desk. She was a receptionist and she represented Chrome Plaza very well. I hope someone recognize her hard work.

The room was big, a bit outdated but its clean, the hotel is very close to the subway station and shopping area. The lobby is vey quiet, hotel lobby staff is ok, I didn't feel very welcomy maybe because the staff are sitting behind the desk and it feels like more of an office than a hotel. I think this is a thing they need to improve, perhaps change the seats to high chair so if they need to stand up its easier for them, I'm not against them sitting, I know its a hard job to stand up all day. Also I didn't see any bellman or doorman that welcomes you. The breakfast is very good, the staff there were nice and attentive. The housekeeping staff are very good they attend to our needs like extra towels and slippers very fast. Overall its a nice experience, we may come back again whenever we are in Shenzhen.
