« My friends and I (6 of us) stayed at the Farmhouse for a girls weekend and none of us wanted to leave! Everything about the house was perfect! A beautiful, lovingly restored farmhouse, an amazing setting, and gorgeous views from every window! We visited the caverns, did some shopping, horseback riding, and enjoyed a drive on Skyline Drive, along with lots of relaxation time at the house - on the porch, at the fire pit, and in the beautiful cooks kitchen! We couldn't have asked for a nicer place...

« We had an amazing stay and took advantage of many of this homes’ amenities. Our group of 8 enjoyed card games at the huge dining table. We cooked meals using the outdoor kitchen and huge kitchen island. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and lots more. The fire pit offered us a great night by the fire with s’mores. The multiple porch swings stayed occupied and the back porch was great for morning coffee. A few of the ladies even took advantage of the large copper soaking tub! The home...

« This farmhouse is huge and very well appointed. The photos on the listing are accurate. Plenty of beds. Common spaces are comfy, and the outdoor gazebo and pool area are very nice. Kitchen has all you need. The property is very quiet and private. Wifi is slow, but hopefully you don't have to do any work while you are enjoying the beautiful home! »

« From the moment we arrived at the property and identified ourselves as the family staying at Elmo's rest, we were treated like part of the family. We arrived at the house to find everything clean and ready even though we were a couple hours early. The house is a century old so floors creak and some doors stick a bit.
