Your payment constitutes your agreement to our rental contract, so you do not need to sign and return it to us. Rates are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY and do not include tax, processing or insurance fees.
ADDITIONAL ADULTS ARE $25 PER NIGHT PER ADULT, ONE CHILD FREE PER PAYING ADULT We do verify the number of guests during your stay. Please see the contract agreement for details regarding additional guests not accounted for on the reservation. Non-refundable Pet fee $75 per pet plus tax, 2 pet max. Weekend Minimum stay 2 nights, 3 night minimum for Holiday dates. We do offer one night stays during the week.
We do require payment in full at the time of booking unless other arrangements are agreed to at the time of booking.
