Great price and great location, it is about 40 minutes away from major stores/ restaurants (but 10 minutes of that drive is just getting to/from the main road to the actual property itself), it does have some small mom & pop restaurants/convenience stores nearby. If you are looking for a small place reasonably priced and tucked away in the middle of woods on a mountain then this is the place for you. The property manager was very friendly and very responsive to all questions. The property was clean for what it is. The only flaw was the hot tub cover and the property manager informed me that it wasn't in the best of shape prior to our arrival but they are in the process of getting it replaced. We had to clean countertops and sweep also there was a lot of dust.. The blinds were absolutely disgusting. Trash was thrown about the property. We are suggesting you get a new cleaning crew.. Also it would be a good idea to warn people about the driveway up up to the cottage. It is a dirt and gravel road. It's very steep and hairpin turns.
