The beauty of this property is it's privacy of being detached yet so close to the Peak District and only minutes away from Eccelsall Road by foot where lots of bars and cafes are situated.

#### Family wedding weekend

We stayed here as it was very close to the wedding venue for a family wedding. The accommodation was ok but felt a bit sparse and functional- quite expensive for what it was- didn’t seem quite as nice as the photos on line suggested. We had a couple of issues during our stay - a picture fell down in the night & the toilet flush jammed- but we received a prompt response from the host which was appreciated.
