Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Welcome to Rosings, located in the village of Dungworth, just a stone’s throw away from Bradfield. Offering a perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity, making an ideal retreat. Enter into an inviting open-plan living space. The cosy seating area provides the perfect spot to unwind. The round table is great for socialising and engaging in friendly games. Large patio doors open into the garden, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that guests have everything they need.

On the first floor, you’ll find two charming bedrooms, one comfortable double bedroom and a cosy single bedroom. The outdoor space at Rosings is equally enticing. The back garden, adorned with a lush lawn and garden furniture, invites guests to soak in the natural beauty and enjoy al fresco moments. To the front of the house, a driveway accommodates one car, while a convenient garage offers space for a second car or storage for bikes.

Rosings is decorated for both Autumn Fall and again for the Christmas season, making a cosy retreat on the darker winter nights.

For those eager to explore the surrounding area, Rosings is ideally situated for a variety of activities. Sheffield, a vibrant city known for its cultural attractions and shopping experiences, is just a short drive away. The enchanting landscapes of the Peak District and Derbyshire are within easy reach, offering an array of outdoor adventures, from scenic hikes to cycling trails. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Peak District, where breathtaking views and charming villages await exploration.

The nearby villages of Bradfield and Stannington provide a taste of local life, with quaint shops and traditional pubs offering a warm welcome.

Hillsbrough Park which hosts the famous Tramways festival is only a few minutes’ drive making Rosings an ideal base for those attending the festival.

Danflask (116-acre reservoir) is 1.5 miles from the property and fishing is throughout the year, day fishing tickets can be purchased from a machine situated at the Dam, and for those not fishing the Dam circular walk has outstanding views of the Dam and woodland.
