And when you return to your cabin estate, you can keep the excitement alive with friendly game competitions in the game room, located in the detached garage, which includes a pool table, a ping pong table, and a large poker table. You can be fined up to $1000 if any violation occurs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The main house does not have AC. The game room and guest house are detached from the main house. Fires are not allowed on the property at any time. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring doorbell camera monitors the outside area of the home only. Dock details: At nearby Shaver Lake Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is located in a gated community so location was great. Older house so no central AC, and it was really warm during the day. Carpet needs some TLC. Garbage bin was full probably from the last guests that were there, so we had to place our garbage in the garage/game room for the time being. Contacted office and they were ok with that. The gas grill outside only had 1/4 propane left and after it died, we had to oven baked the rest. There were also small ants on kitchen counter and floor but we try to take care of it the best we can. Unfortunately, on the last day a bear knocked over the trash bin and dug thru and made a mess. We notify the office and took pictures before leaving. The house cleaners should not allow the garbage bin to be out unless it's being pickup next day. Other than that, the house accommodated our large family, but will need a house that has central AC. ##### John F. We had to wait in the garage with no restroom for over an hour. The cabin was 83 degrees when we first entered. Screens were broken. Cabinets in kitchen had broken handles. There were ants in the cupboards. Bbq pit was full of grease and had a broken handle which made it hard to cook when hot. The overall cleanliness was not good and the cabin was very dated. No AC listed, but in the fine print. It was 96 degrees in Shaver. On day of checkout, the cleaning lady arrived 15 mins before checkout and was staring at us in her car. She asked when we would be leaving even though we had 15 more minutes until the 10 AM checkout. ##### Ryan O.
