The Elderberry Retreat is located in the very popular east village and the closest you can get to the lake as far as cabin rentals! Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival! Two-story, 1444 square feet outfitted to suit the needs of a modern vacationer. Beautiful new hardwood flooring throughout! A fully equipped kitchen provides a user-friendly space to cook a meal. A washer and dryer in the cabin are perfect for soggy ski clothes. Entertainment options like flat-screen TVs mean you can cozy up with a good movie next to the fireplace! Large deck with table and chairs in the summertime, with a good cup of joe in hand (complimentary selection of coffee and hot cocoa are offered, of course). We have a crockpot, waffle maker, and flat griddle great for pancakes or crepes! We have a nice covered bbq area with a charcoal bbq. You will need to bring charcoal. Wifi, 2 flat-screen TVs equipped with Blu-ray players so you can access your fav programs via Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or other, DVD library, bocce ball, corn hole, foosball, and board games. The cabin has two bedrooms, each with queen beds and dressers. The loft has two double beds and a full pull out couch. New mattresses and linens. Linens - We DO provide clean linens Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Toiletries - We DO provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bathroom. It's our favorite place & we are excited to share it with you! If you have a large party, multiple families, family reunion, wedding...secure multiple cabins to be close to your friends and family! In the winter you will want a 4 wheel drive vehicle or snow chains. Things to bring: Warm clothes. The evenings can get cool even in the summer. Sun screen, paper plates, napkins. We have plenty of dishes, but do not have a dishwasher. Shaver was beautiful with the recent snowfall and the Elderberry Retreat was perfect. In a great location with a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and the pub. There were families sledding all around the neighborhood. Enjoyed the fireplace with hot chocolate every night. Allowed us for an early check in, which really helped out. Place was very clean and cozy, and stocked with just about anything you need. Plenty of linens and places to sleep, and soap and shampoo in both showers. Location was amazing, although roads were pitch black at night. Make sure you bring a small flashlight or phone LED if you will be walking down to the bars or restaurant. (Maybe a 7 minute walk....?) Super close. Everyone was great in Shaver, great place to take a mini-vaca. Will def be back, and hope to rent this same place next year. It was very easy to rent and communicate with the owners. The cabin was super clean had everything we needed. The cabin is very close to the lake and stores. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Great location near lake. Day use area is just 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive down the road. Beautiful cabin in a serine setting. Would definitely stay here again. Owner Jamie was so helpful and answered all our questions. Excellent rental! ##### Danielle G.
