We also had to go ask for toilet tissue. After the fire alarm went off randomly around 2 am, while being asleep, only in my room, I went out quickly to find someone working to help. The door closed and locked behind me. The only man on staff at that time told me he didn’t have access to the extra keys, and told me I’d have to wait in the hallways till 7am, which he said at least “it was warm in the hallway for me”. The bed was comfortable but I would have loved another blanket. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee, which was tragic as I NEED a cuppa first thing. As well the hot water was crazy hot and had a weird smell. The cold was fine.
