« We were really impressed with the cottage. Upon arrival the exterior was somewhat deceiving but once you step inside all doubts are gone. The cottage is so much more than we anticipated including all of the amenities. Honestly there is so much to do at this property that you really have no need to leave. We were celebrating a birthday party for a small group of teenagers and they fell in love with the place. They thought they were dreaming…The cottage, backyard and recreation room were clean and...

The only thing I'd suggest is to add another shower to the washroom in the basement, as it has only the toilet. "Avant de réserver, j’ai téléphoné pour confirmer qu’aucune équipe sportive — notamment de hockey — n’avait réservé. On m’a assuré que non. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été tout le contraire de ce qu’on m’avait garanti. Dès mon arrivée, le bruit était incessant. Lorsque j’ai appelé la réception, on m’a simplement répondu que le bruit était toléré jusqu’à 23 h. Les enfants criaient, sautaient, et le plafond tremblait littéralement. Je comprends très bien que ce sont des enfants — j’étais moi-même avec mon enfant — mais il y a des limites raisonnables à respecter dans un hôtel. Les portes de plusieurs chambres restaient grandes ouvertes, les parents buvaient dans le corridor, et j’avais une chambre communicante où je voyais même la lumière de l’autre chambre tellement l’insonorisation était inexistante. À cela s’ajoutent plusieurs problèmes dans la chambre : Les couvre-lits étaient sales, et lorsqu’on m’a dit qu’il n’y avait aucune couverture supplémentaire disponible, j’ai été très surprise. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas deux jours sur trois. Au déjeuner, les fruits étaient moisis et il manquait de lait. C’est vraiment dommage, car le personnel semblait sympathique et l’hôtel bénéficie d’une excellente localisation. Mais l’ensemble de ces problèmes a rendu mon séjour très désagréable, surtout après avoir pris la peine de vérifier à l’avance pour éviter exactement ce genre de situation. "
