« There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. « We had a really lovely stay — everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The space felt very welcoming, and we appreciated how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. « The unit is very quiet and peaceful. The unit was well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment. Appliances worked well, including the laundry facilities. The walkway was shovelled every day and the parking was good. The host was slow to respond to messages. When we arrived, the unit was not very clean. Some of the furniture was not in good condition. The pull-out couch was broken, the dining chairs had loose legs, the handle on the shower was broken, and the toilet paper holder was broken off...
