Jasmine Cottage is located in Chestnut Mews, on the quiet outskirts of Shanklin Old Village, only a ten minute walk to the beach and 5 mins from the Old Village. Jasmine is 3 bedroom ,Sleeping six with 2 bathrooms and additional downstairs toilet. The Open plan Lounge/ kitchen/ Dinning area with patio doors opening out onto a decked seated area with views over the large garden, children's play area and play houses. Upstairs is a Master bedroom, a twin and the Middle bedroom. The Middle Bedroom can either be a twin, single or single with travel cot. The Master has a king size bed and walk in shower room whilst the other two share the Family Bathroom with full size bath and shower. Jasmine Cottage shares its large garden with Honeysuckle Cottage (also a Holiday cottage) This works very well, especially if you have children, nice to relax after the beach with a cold drink while the children play in the garden. Many of our guests plan to return the following year at the same time as the guests they've met next door! Our cottages are Family Friendly, equipped with stair gates, a high Chair, Travel cot and bed guard if needed. There is parking directly in front of the cottage, but if you'd rather take the bus there is a bus stop at the end of the road and many coastal walks and cycle tracks. local coffee shops, Tea rooms, restaurants, pubs, newsagents are all around a 5-10 min walk, some less. cycle hire is close by, some can be delivered to the door. Good sized bedrooms, one ensuite with balcony overlooking gardens. The cottage is clean and amazingly well equipped, everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. Off street parking is very convenient and Shanklin Old Village, with quaint shops, tearooms, restaurants, pubs and The Chine (a favourite of our family especially beautiful at night) are all within walking distance. The cottage is perfectly located for the beach, bus stops for a trip across the island and crazy golf is a stroll away. Our family have stayed 7 times now and look forward to our visit every year. Its a place suitable for the very young to the old! The owners could not be more friendly or helpful and every holiday has been so enjoyable that we will stay nowhere else on the island. The cottage is the perfect base to explore the many attractions, reached by quiet roads and through wonderful scenery, although the cottage is so nice that we have been more than happy to stay in on the odd day! It has good sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen. The cottage has been well thought out and maintained and is spotlessly clean. The garden is large and a great, safe place for children to play. The cottage is in a perfect location for visiting the old village. It is a very short walk to the village, gardens, beach and tea gardens. Everything about our stay was ideal. Booking was easy and efficient communication and information from the owners was spot on. We love it and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when visiting the Island. Feb 25, 2019 #### A lovely cottage in a prefect setting and location This was our second visit to the cottage and we loved it. The garden is beautiful, the location is perfect (5 minutes walk to the centre of Shanklin) and the house is immaculate, well stocked with essentials and very homely. There was plenty of room for 2 families - 4 adults and 2 children) and the owners ensure a warm welcome with fresh flowers, wine and a few basics to start the holiday.
