The carpet has a strong damp smell and does not seem clean. Other than that, the bed is clean and comfortable, the bathroom’s clean too and there’s hot water. The staff is helpful but can be more friendly especially towards foreign tourists who struggle with Mandarin. No wifi, but there’s an ATM at the lobby and a small convenience store that opens till late. Upon arrival they told me they were fully booked... I asked for refund but that was not possible. Please ban this hotel and remove it from hotels.com. I also would like to see full refund asap.
