Food/beverages were often luke warm or cold, kids wouldn't even eat some of the plain things. Needs major improvement in the restaurant. Room was very large and comfortable and breakfast was good. Only a few staff spoke English but everyone was helpful and friendly. Shuttle wasn't very useful with one morning and one evening trip to Disney, plus three airport trips per day but taxis were very reasonable at about Y100 from the airport and Y150 to downtown. You can also take the clean, efficient metro for Y5 (less than $1) and walk about 1.5km back from the station. I have only stayed on 1 floor in the hotel in all my trips.
