This property is the perfect stay in Shanghai ! Lisa and Samuel were wonderful hosts and made my stay very comfortable. There is a metro station next door and there is a food court downstairs. It’s a very convenient location. The place itself is very clean and has a washing machine. WiFi and AC is very good and the shower is fantastic. The view from the room is excellent and access is safe and secure. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back ! It turned out it is a rather convenient location. It is in a residential building and there are a Metro station (line 8) and a shopping mall connected to the building. There are a variety of local restaurants and shops in the mall. This gave us the opportunity to experience the local life/culture. We could get to many popular tourist spots within a 30 mins metro ride. After having stayed there, we have to fully agree. Friendly and competent staff, nice room with all you need in the kitchenette like a microwave, convenient location with a food court at a mall right downstairs, a metro station a couple of minutes away (about 20 min. to the Bund), shops, coffee shops and a lovely pub (Knock Knock) all downstairs or nearby.
