My room wasn’t ready and I had to wait over 40 minutes. I wasn’t told my room was ready. I had to check at front desk after I waited over 30 minutes. Then they confused my name with another reservation. Because of the confusion and long wait my room was upgraded. The room was spacious and nice but the coffee maker didn’t work.
