The air filter has dust and not well maintained, But the hotel moved me to a second room with acceptable room. The breakfast is so so in Asia. Sadly I requested a Taxi Transfer to Hongqiao Airport but it took quite long to aquire a Taxi. Friendly and helpfull. The room was good . Cleaned everyday even change the sheets upen request. The Breakfast was awesome lots of choices. The onlys reason i did not give a five star was the A/C. While i understand Shanghai was goingnin to winter the room was really hot even when the heater was turned off. Whe brought up the issue to the front desk their fix was to give us a fan.
