« Very bad service. I forgot one jacket in the room. I’ve sent a WhatsApp message, one email, one form through hotels.com I know that the WhatsApp message was read. But no one send me back any answer. Even to say that they didn’t found it. I’ll never stay again at this property or any of this group. And also the price was too expensive for this kind of room and location. You’ll find better option not far in the east part of the city. »

« Un peu déçu du service reçu pour le prix payé. Parmi les inconvénients que j’ai pu rencontrer c’était des denrées alimentaires oubliés dans le frigo qui appartenaient au précédents résidents mais aussi dans le commode, une problème de fuite d’eau du plafond dans la toilette. Ajoutons que j’avais demandé une nettoyage du chambre durant mon séjour, taches qui n’était pas faite malheureusement. Aussi au niveau des serviettes, j’ai pas eu assez malgré la demande d’approvisionnement. Au dernier, il...
