Peaceful and private, but just a short drive to city entertainment. The horses visiting each night were beautiful to watch and we loved feeding them cut up apples. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs who had a safe, large, fenced in area to run and play. Heather was a great hostess! This home had enough space for all 7 of us to have a place to sleep. There are also TVs in each room, so everyone could take time to themselves. There was also enough space in the kitchen for everyone to have a seat. The property itself is beautiful with excellent views of the Smokey Mountains. The neighbors have horses and goats that can be seen roaming about. We also had sightings of wildlife, such as deer, birds, turtles, and bats. There are also trails just off the property that my kids were able to walk on and explore. The house was beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains and horses in the field outside the huge floor to ceiling windows. It was out of the way and very peaceful, and it was everything that we were looking for. We will be going back. Check-in was easy, and the place was pet-friendly.
