This multi-level, comfortable condo has a rich, open living space with a full kitchen, laundry, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms! Enjoy drinks or grilling on the cozy outdoor deck while being minutes away from the harbor or downtown. This multi-level townhouse contains three bedrooms, two of which are located on the upper floor (3rd story) one with a queen bed and one with a king bed with a roll away twin in the closet. A third bedroom on the entry floor has a queen bed and a twin-size daybed. Please note that you will need to be comfortable climbing stairs. The property contains three and half bathrooms: two connected to bedrooms on the entry floor and third floor, one located between the two bedrooms on the third floor, and a half bath on the main floor off the kitchen, where the laundry is located. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the unit and are designated with a sign. Unfortunately, due to HOA, no other parking spaces are available, so please plan accordingly. We do not have room for boats or trailers. The unit is a three-story townhouse, so it does have one shared wall with the neighbors. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property. As a free resource, my husband Clay, a local boat captain, and I are here to answer questions or help you book the perfect excursion to explore Seward and the surrounding Kenai Fjords National Park. We offer discounts on many tours to our guests. This townhouse is located on a hillside overlooking Seward. Seward is a 2-3 hour scenic drive from Anchorage or you can take the Alaska Railroad to/from Seward for a scenic 4 hour journey. The townhouse is located several blocks away from the cruise ship terminal or train depot, so we do recommend a car or taxi. This is a townhouse that shares a wall with another tenant. Noise can sometimes bleed. We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. It's very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful extras like binoculars by the window and bear spray in the entry. Great recommendations for sight-seeing and fishing trips. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom. The bed is very close to the wall on one side, so I slept on the day bed in that room. It has a very comfortable mattress and neither bed squeaked when you rolled over. The shower downstairs is a tight squeeze-just be aware. On the plus side, there is a narrow counter that runs between the sink and shower that is not visible in the pictures. Lots of closet space. Very nice washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Pantry and lots of cabinet/drawer space. One of the few VRBO's that provides Kleenex! We all loved it and hated to leave. ##### Teeta B. The view from the decks over looking Seward on the main floor and the master bedroom (3rd floor) are beautiful. It was 20 mins to Kenai NP and 5 mins drive to about anywhere in town or a 10-15 min walk. There are a lot of excursions you can choose from in town and we decided on an end of the season Kenai Fjords NP cruise with Major Marine touring company and had a great time. They provided a binder with many suggests and there were even coupons to use for the excursions. Overall a great VRBO! min mn walk ##### Annamie N.
