Fantastic Duplex in the Andalusian capital with 2 terraces renovated and located 100 meters from the Cathedral, it is located in an old Seville house in the historic center of the city, in a building with a splendid Seville patio.   
  
The apartment has 120 square meters, 3 bedrooms and three complete bathrooms with a modern and elegant design. It has two fantastic private terraces, from the highest one can contemplate unique views of Seville with its imposing Cathedral.   
  
It is a gem of an apartment where you can make your visit a dream come true.It also has a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room in a harmonious and highly functional way, equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Four fantastic windows flood the living room with natural light, bringing light and warmth to the complex. The floor of all the rooms is marble and the rooms have fitted wardrobes.   
  
The vertical spaces are divided by a spiral-shaped wooden staircase, which recalls other times and gives access to the upper part. It is here where we find two fantastic terraces, from the highest one can contemplate unique views of La Giralda in Seville and picturesque roofs of the adjacent buildings.   
  
The main terrace is a space, totally private and quite spacious, with a large table and chairs where the visitor can admire the views, relax, read, dine or have breakfast in a pleasant space, enjoying the sun and tranquility, everything is surrounded of pots that give color and freshness, while at the same time beautifying this terrace, which invites rest and relaxation.   
  
It has free Wifi.Every penthouse is at your entire disposal with 2 private terraces.

#### Good location with many glitches

This is a large apartment with a roof terrace accessible by a spiral staircase. One of the en suite baths is in the corner of the bedroom with no door, so your sleep will be interrupted if your partner showers! Dishwasher was broken and full of smelly water when we arrived. Hot water was in and out and then stopped working (they quickly replaced the battery to fix it). Washing machine was full of dirt/mold and turned all whites to dirty gray. One bathroom smells strongly of mildew (they were trying to find a water leak downstairs, which might have been the cause). Given broken dishwasher, we repeatedly requested sponges and dish towels and were ignored (bought them ourselves). So, overall not very impressed by the upkeep of this apartment and would not stay there again.

Piso acogedor céntrico pero sin ruido, muy cerca de la Catedral. Genial que cada habitación disponga de su baño privado. Mejorable: atención nefasta a la llegada ; no había luz en uno de los baños y no vinieron a arreglarlo, también hay una gotera; en otro baño el enchufe de la luz está roto; luz general insuficiente.
