Appartement sombre et bruyant, situé au rez de chaussé avec les fenêtres donnant sur la rue. Gros souci avec la climatisation, des tensions avec les voisins de l'immeuble qui ont saboté deux fois le groupe climatisation qui est sur le toit. Property manager and owner had to scramble to find a solution (which they did in leaving us an extra copy of the keys to the property to allow for continued power to the oil heater and heating fan they left in the apartment for us). Todo está a mano: Triana, Parque María Luisa etc. Única pega: al ser un bajo con ventanas a la calle te ves obligado a dormir con el aire puesto, se puede hacer algo pesado.
