This charming apartment is located in one of the most important streets of Seville: Calle Tetuán.  
  
It is surrounded by shops and a few minutes walk from restaurants and the main monuments (Cathedral, Real  
  
Alcázar, Metropol Parasol).  
  
The accommodation is completely renovated and has everything you need to ensure maximum comfort.  
  
It has a capacity of 4 people since it has a double bedroom and another with two single beds.  
  
It has a bright living room with wooden floors and a balcony overlooking Tetuán street, an equipped kitchen (washing  
  
machine / coffee machine / toaster) and a practical bathroom with shower.  
  
The atmosphere is very bright and warm, ideal for families and groups of friends.  
  
The apartment is on the third floor without elevator.
