The home is well equipped and located in a charming neighborhood with sidewalk cafes and many locals we got to know and talk to. We had 12 adults for our stay and the home never disappointed and is within walking distance of many of the sites and historic areas in Seville. It is in a lovely off the beaten track location and therefore more quiet. Fabulous little cafe across the street for morning coffee and bites. We could easily walk 20 minutes to get to most sites. Fernando was a gracious and welcoming host. After a few funny hiccups our stay was fabulous. There are 7 rooms but not all were open to us when we arrived. Fernando came by and opened the rooms for us. The check in and out was easy and we were able to leave our luggage post check-out which made our day much easier.
