It can accommodate up to 7 people with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. The property is decorated and equipped with quality furniture. The property is located in the emblematic neighbourhood of Triana. Triana is a classic Sevillian neighbourhood situated on the other side of the Guadalquivir river. It stretches from the Cartuja in the north to the Remedios neighbourhood in the south. With a seafaring character and a great Sevillian tradition, it is the birthplace of bullfighters and artists and attracts many visitors seduced by its tapas, its views of the river, its typical market and its small Sevillian tile shops. \-: All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due. Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00\. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred. Cancellations. The house was lovely—comfortable, charming, and in a great location. While we experienced a few small hiccups during our stay, the management office was very responsive and accommodating, quickly resolving the issues.
