This spacious 200 m² duplex has a private large jacuzzi, two fantastic terraces and private parking. The flat preserves classic elements of its construction, mixed with a modern decoration. Upon entering the flat we find a spacious hall. From the hall we access the spacious living room with Smart TV, two large L-shaped sofas, a side table and three balconies overlooking San Fernando street with privileged views of the old Royal Tobacco Factory of Seville, currently the building of the University of Seville. T The living room has a dining area with seating for four people that divides the living room area and the fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room has also a large desk ideal for thouse that need to work during their stay in Seville.. From the living room we access the ground floor bedroom.This bedroom has a double bed of 180cm x 200cm, large en-suite bathroom with shower and privileged views of the Alcazar gardens. Up a flight of stairs we reach the top floor and the master bedroom with 180cm x 200cm double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. From this level we access the two private terraces. The first is equipped with a large Jacuzzi ideal for 4 and an ample seating area. From this terrace we have the best views of the Real Fábrica de Tabacos de Sevilla. On the other side of the apartment we have a second terrace with sun loungers and views of the Alcazar Gardens. Near this property we have some of the most interesting monuments of this city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda and the Archivo de Indias. Views of the old Tobacco Factory out front, (now the University Faculty of Science) and out back views of the Gardens from the Alcázar! Just magnificent. The place was spotless and well appointed. The hot tub was just lovely. Truly elegant, yet very cozy and comfortable. Guillermo was lovely, meeting us upon our arrival and showed us everything in the condo. What great service.
